Methodology

The rules this archive runs on. They are public because they are the product: an archive is only worth citing if you can see how it was built.

The single rule

Every claim carries a primary source. Five classes qualify:

A

Government documents

Reviews, white papers, commission findings laid before parliaments.

B

Security-service reports

Annual reports and threat assessments of European domestic services.

C

Commissions of inquiry

Formally constituted inquiries and their published records.

D

Court judgments

National and EU court rulings, cited from official databases.

E

The movements’ own publications

Charters, platforms and statements — quoted, dated, linked.

Interpretation is never presented as fact: wherever this archive goes beyond what a document says, the passage is visibly marked analysis. Sources are quoted with the location of the quote and the date the link was opened and verified. Verbatim quotes are labelled; summaries are labelled.

What this archive is not

The subject is an ideology and its organisations — never a religious population. Nothing here attacks Muslims as a religious group or generalises from extremists to a community. Many of the people most endangered by the movements this archive documents are themselves of Muslim background — dissidents, reformers, and those who left.

No deception. No fake personas, no astroturfing, no invented sources or numbers. Everything is what it says it is.

No demographic-replacement thesis. This site does not rest on it and rejects it. The measured record (see the Pew entry below): Muslims were 4.9% of Europe’s population in 2016; even the highest 2050 migration scenario projects 14%. A claim refutable with one citation would take the true parts down with it.

Crime statistics by origin are a separate evidentiary track and are not chained to doctrine claims on this site.

Methodology anchors

A model that already works

Austria’s Documentation Centre Political Islam — a fund of the Republic of Austria — demonstrates that rigorous state-level documentation of this subject is legitimate, mainstream practice. This archive follows that model as an independent European effort.

Compliance and accountability

The same principle governs the legal layer: the rules are published so that they can be checked. The legal notice states what is known about the publisher and — plainly, without softening — where the project’s anonymity does not meet what German, Austrian and French law require. The privacy notice describes exactly what this site does with data: no cookies, no third parties, no accounts, no profile, and one aggregate count of page views and countries. The terms of use set out how this archive quotes others, and what you may quote from it in turn.

The fourth is accuracy and corrections: the standard this archive is edited by. Where a claim here is not supported by its primary source it is wrong and it gets changed; corrections are dated and recorded, and a withdrawn claim stays visible as withdrawn. This site accepts no correspondence — so what replaces a complaints channel is that every claim is attached to a document you can open and check yourself, without needing us.
